Kim Kardashian stripped down to nothing in the new trailer of Keeping up with the Kadashians season 10. The season which deals with her struggle to get pregnant again sees Kim doing a nude shoot. Below is what she had to say about the shoot... 
"If I get pregnant again soon, my body is going to totally transform. So I'm doing this photoshoot today naked. I just want to capture my body and have these photos to last forever."
