How helpful is the Bible?

Today is Sunday. Most of you Christians will troop to your DIFFERENT churches to worship and praise God. Aside the spiritual angle of salvation after death, how has this 'black holy book' helped the black man?

 Look at the photo above and tell me how useful that Bible beside the sick and hungry man is to those people.
