Journey to a tight vagina

Sunday, February 22, 2015

When going about looking for a natural way to fix a loose vagina, it is important that you target the correct area. The pelvic floor muscle is what surrounds both the vagina and vaginal wall muscle. When the pelvic floor muscle is tight everything else will be nicely held and supported in place. The reason the vaginal wall muscle becomes loose is because it sort of looks and acts like a folded, very elastic and stretchy accordion.  So when the pelvic floor muscle stretches, the vaginal wall muscle can’t help itself and will unfold more and more with it to.

The Main Reasons for a Loose Vagina

Natural Aging process (because of wonderful gravity kicking in, but that’s when exercises are coming in. You can maintain a tight vagina until death)

Vagina loosens after multiple births (e.g. four babies over four years, and not having a break in between to strengthen the pelvic floor muscle after each one.)

There are rare cases where vaginal looseness happens due to severe medical conditions

Using extremely large sex toys regulary

You can Tighten up with these few steps

1. Have an Orgasm
When you have an orgasm – that is actually your pelvic floor muscle contracting. So the more you orgasm the more you start toning up your pelvic floor muscle. As your pelvic floor muscle becomes stronger, so will your orgasms !

2. Kegel exercises are also known as pelvic floor exercises because they specifically target this area and prevent weakness in the pelvic floor area. The pelvic floor is often referred to as a “hammock” of muscles that hold all of the pelvic organs in place. Kegel exercises are a great place to start treating vaginal looseness, especially if you are struggling to reach climax temporarily. Plus, they can be done in the privacy of your own home, when no one is around, so no one has to know you are doing them. Kegel exercises can only help though if they are done on a regular basis.

3. Insert Ben-wa Balls (Geisha Balls)
Sometimes Kegel exercises are not enough to tighten the vaginal muscle, so if this is the case for you, then try inserting Ben-wa balls also, to try get a deeper strengthening of muscles in your vagina. Ben-wa balls are weighted, therefore once inserted, you have to really engage the muscles down there to keep them in!

4. Exercise and Sweat
Do explore other forms of exercise too, like yoga and pilates, as these all incorporate working on the pelvic floor muscle and strengthening your core muscles which together will help keep your pelvic floor muscles tighter for longer.

5. A Healthy Diet – Fruits, Vegetables, Juices, Smoothies
To keep the muscles in your body strong, you don’t just need exercise, you also need to feed the muscle correctly daily to ensure its correct growth and repair. So, ensure you get a healthy diet full of wholegrain organic carbohydrates, organic lean animal protein (excellent muscle builder), and organic fruits and vegetables if you wish to keep your vaginal muscle healthy and strong.

6. Wash off semen after sex if you are not trying for a baby
When you are not trying for a baby, it is advisable to douch immediately after sex as it has been proven that semen contains hormones that sends pregnancy signals to the pelvic receptors. the presence of semen in your body while you are not trying for a baby might be sending the wrong signals to your body for natal enlargements

7. Stop using pain killers in your monthly cycle
Endure the pain naturally. certain pain killers contain Asgenimatin. a chemical agent responsible for retarding pain which has been proven to cause over wetness during sex

8. Avoid birth control pills

Avoiding pills like Postinor 2 will go a long way in helping the pelvic muscles. what these pills does is that the force the body to secrete pregnancy hormones in the body thereby making the body believe it is pregnant while it is not. it works because a pregnant woman can rarely get pregnant again but these new pregnancy hormones can be counter productive because it will relax your vaginal muscles in the believe that child birth is imminen.

Confidence or being confident is related to self-assurance, the expression or feeling of certainty. Self-confidence is extremely important in almost every aspect of our lives, yet so many people struggle to find it. Sadly, this can be a vicious circle – people who lack self-confidence can find it difficult to become successful.

Most people tend to lack self-confidence;  it could be confidence to tell someone how they feel, confidence to render a speech to a congregation, or confidence to 'defend' a written work (seminar or project). However, whatever the case, confidence is an essential part of life and it is a trait everyone should possess because without it, one maybe limited if not totally restricted from certain things.

The good news is that self-confidence can be learnt and developed. And whether you are working on your own self-confidence or others around to you, it is well worth the effort. Here are some steps one can take to become more confident in whatever one set out to do, or achieve.

Find something you are good at and keep improving
You become a better person when you master your skill, this boosts your confidence because you will be sure of your capability when it comes to your discipline.

Adopt a positive mindset and avoid negativities
That Mr. A ventured into a particular field and failed does not mean you cannot succeed in that area. Believe you can do it, tell yourself you can be better, and work towards achieving it. Stay positive. By all means, be optimistic!

Maintain eye contact with people when talking to them
This has a way of boosting self-confidence. When you maintain eye contact with someone you are talking with, you gain balance and you won’t easily be swayed.

Stick to your principles
This helps in building your stamina when it comes to dealing with people. You get to stand for a particular thing and it gradually becomes ingrained in you.

Avoid perfectionism
We learn from failure, not success. Mistakes are not such a bad thing, but you must be smart enough to profit from them, and strong enough to correct them. Perfectionism results when you try to do things without fault or mistake. This paralyses and also keeps you from accomplishing a set out goal.

Recognize your insecurities/Overcome shyness
Many insecurities, fears, and doubts stem from lack of understanding or lack of knowledge about something. The more you understand and know something, the more comfortable you will be, thus the less power your shyness will have over you. What makes you feel uncomfortable? What makes you feel shy? Identify this trait and when you do, work on it. This will go a long way in the improvement of your self-confidence.

Stop comparing yourself to others
Why think less of yourself? We all cannot be the same. Quit trying to be like someone else. You are a unique being, there is no other exactly like you. Love yourself and love what you do.

Do not feel intimidated
Do not feel despondent when it seems like your peers are ahead of you. Keep at what you do and strive to be the best you can.

We gain a sense of self-efficacy when we see ourselves mastering skills and achieving goals that matter in those skill areas. This is the confidence that when we learn and work hard in a particular area, we will succeed; and it is this type of confidence that leads people to accept difficult challenges, and persist in the face of setback.

As long as you keep stretching yourself (but not too much), you will find your self-confidence building apace. What's more, you will have earned your self-confidence because you have put in the hard graft necessary to be successful.
